The purpose of the forum is to educate, strengthen, and support trade, investment, and tourism between Louisiana and South Africa. South African prosperity and leadership have paved the way for numerous business opportunities and a productive cultural exchange. The rich history and culture of the country have many similarities to that of the rhythm and soul of New Orleans. The music and tourism industries are among the vibrant sectors that the forum will highlight to encourage alliances between New Orleans and South African companies.
